HT: PSG 1-1 #AVFC Really encouraging from Villa. PSG played on turbo-charge for a few minutes but Villa such a threat - Madjo could and should have four. Villa are without several key players, but have been immense - Madjo/McGinn extraordinary. PSG should know by now they're in…

HT: Villa have been excellent considering the circumstances. A huge roar from the Villa fans when the ref blew up for the break. Madjo has put himself about so well and could have scored a few. Delighted that he took his final chance of the half. PSG 1-1 #AVFC

It finally goes in! What a moment for the 17-year-old. Madjo, has tried, tried, tried and, on the fourth big chance, rifles the ball into the net. A "physical monster" he was called by some - another McGinn cross, he gets beyond Pacho and on the volley, he scores. A star may…

GOAL: MADDDJJJOO! He's got his goal, and boy does he deserve it too. The 17yo turns in John McGinn's cross at the back post. Excellent finish. PSG 1-1 #AVFC

Marquinhos tentative going for a 50/50 with Madjo... #AVFC showing some quite nice, subtle ways of getting the ball forward. Dragging PSG CBs out of position, exposing high positioning of their FBs and do look a threat on transition.

#AVFC did not do a whole lot wrong, there. PSG attack, switch the play quickly, cross and Villa don't clear the ball. But it's difficult against that counter-press. Ball finds Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and he does that. Quality.

GOAL: Khvicha Kvaratskhelia opens the scoring for PSG after what was a bright start from Villa. Beats Marco Bizot far too easily at his near post. PSG 1-0 #AVFC

And sometimes you just can't stop quality... Superb from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. Cuts inside and blasts it past Bizot. 1-0 PSG #AVFC

Cash and Maatsen sprinting out every time PSG's wingers get the ball. The whole team shifts across so quickly - may be vulnerable to a quick switch, but limits the space PSG's wingers have to dribble 1v1 or combine. A lot of hard work, though. Good intensity #AVFC
